WPC flooring is an innovative eco-friendly wood-plastic composite product. It is made by combining wood fibers (such as lignin from high-density fiberboard production) with recycled plastics, processed into composite pellets via granulation equipment, and then extruded into WPC flooring panels.

Non-Co-Extruded Flooring
Made by blending wood flour and HDPE through high-speed mixing and extrusion, non-co-extruded WPC flooring surfaces can be sandblasted, grooved, or 3D embossed to mimic natural wood grain. It offers slip resistance, wear resistance, and waterproofing for outdoor use. The core and surface share uniform colors, available in multiple customizable options.
Co-Extruded Flooring
Co-extruded WPC flooring features an additional polymer coating layer firmly bonded to the base WPC layer. This advanced process retains traditional WPC advantages like mold and insect resistance while enhancing waterproofing and durability, making it ideal for harsh outdoor conditions.
